Should U10 girls who have played in another program attend U10 or U12 Evaluations?

HGH would like to see the U10 girls come during the U10 hour if they are coming from another program. There are several reasons for this:

HGH would like to see the U10 girls come during the U10 hour if they are coming from another program.  There are several reasons for this:

1.  Sheer numbers and physical size.  There are so many U12s and U14s  and they are so much larger and for the most part, more skilled, than the U10 girls that it will be really hard to have a productive evaluation with that many girls at that great a skill disparity.

2.  Due to the increase numbers and play levels in our program, our U10 program is evolving next year.  There will be two levels. 
(a) There will still be a LTP (Learn to Play) cross-ice designed component for girls of all ages who are beginner skaters. 
(b)  We are well aware of all the girls who have skated for several years already at a young age.  We are going to have a U10 level team as well and if need be, pull some girls up to U12.  Tony Messina and others will be running the evaluations and make this determination.

We have another hour the following Monday set aside for callbacks if need be.
